12th ANNUAL BELVIR SYMPOSIUM PRACTICAL INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION
LOCATION
The Symposium will take place on Wednesday December 4 2024 and will be held at the Hotel Le Plaza in Brussels.
This venue is located at only 10 minutes walking distance from Brussels North station, offering easy access by train (https://www.belgiantrain.be/en) or metro.

MEETING LOCATION
Early Registration Fee €140 (Deadline: 30 September 2024)
Late Registration Fee €200 (Between 01 October 2024 and 22 November 2024)
The registration fee includes the costs for attendance, coffee and lunch breaks and the evening reception.
The fee automatically includes one-year membership of BELVIR (from 1 January - 31 December 2025).

SOCIAL EVENT
The 12th Annual BELVIR Symposium will be followed by an optional social event to stimulate networking in an informal atmosphere. This evening event will take place in the bar of Hotel Le Plaza and is open to all Symposium attendees. Food and drinks at this optional event are not included in the registration fee. To estimate the number of attendees, we ask registrants to indicate their interest in joining this social event in the hotel bar.
