11th ANNUAL BELVIR SYMPOSIUM PRACTICAL INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION

Date and venue

The Symposium has a full-day program on Thursday December 14, 2023, and is held at the Palace of the Academies in Brussels.

Social Event (NEW!)

The 11th Annual BELVIR Symposium will be followed by a social event to stimulate networking in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. This evening event is optional and open to all Symposium attendees. The venue, Bambino café en ville, is located in the Ravensteinstraat near Brussels Central train station, at 10 minutes walking distance from the Symposium venue. Attendance to this social event comes with a supplementary fee, which is charged upon Symposium registration and covers a voucher for food and drinks. For more information click here.

Note: Since the number of places available at the social event is limited, this event may only be available to those who register earliest. Once full, registration for the social event will be closed, with registration for the symposium remaining open.

Registration for BELVIR Symposium (Closed):

On 23/11/2023, we reached the maximum number of participants that can be accommodated in the auditorium. The registration links have therefore been closed a few days earlier than communicated via our newsletter. We sincerely apologize to our colleagues who were not able to register before the closing time. Thank you very much for your understanding. As previously stated on the registration page, all registrants will receive a confirmation email from BELVIR on the 1st of December.
