1. Please download the following Group Registration Template file here and fill in the details of your group (as per examples provided in the file). The total price for your group will be automatically calculated. 

Note: The "Early Registration fee" of 140€ per attendee is only available until 30 September 2024. After this, the "Early Group Registration Template" file will no longer be available for download. It will be replaced with the "Late Group Registration Template" file in the link above form 01 October and 22 November 2024, During these dates, a "Late Registration Fee" of 200€ per attendee will apply, and this will be taken into account in the total group price which will be automatically calculated in the "Late Group Registration Template" file. 

2. Following the instructions in the Excel template, please generate a purchase order, mentioning the exact same price as the one that was calculated. No VAT is required.

3. Please email i) the purchase order AND ii) the completed Group Registration Template Excel file to groupregistration@belvir.be. Please quote the purchase order number in the subject line in the format "Group PO Number: XXXXXXX"

4. After we receive the purchase order and completed Excel file, an invoice will be processed and sent to your billing address for payment.

5. After your payment has been received, a confirmation will be sent to all email addresses associated with your group registration.

6. On the morning of the Symposium: All attendees should present themselves at the registration desk to receive their badge; voucher for the social event (if applicable); and other items.

For each registrant in your group, the fee covers:

• Symposium Attendance, coffee, lunch breaks and evening reception
• One-year membership of the BELVIR Society (01 Jan 2025 - 31 Dec 2025)
