Form to submit event information to be advertised on the BELVIR website and newsletter

Please provide the requested information that will be advertised on the BELVIR website (belvir.be). Complete all compulsory fields as incomplete submissions will not be advertised. All submissions will be manually reviewed before publishing. Pease carefully check the submitted information. Your name, email, affiliation, and a very brief description of your event's relevance to the BELVIR audience is also required in order to submit an event for advertisement, but none of this additional information will be published.
